I write all the words an organisation uses to communicate with the world. On all kinds of subjects. From something as short as a three word strapline to the content of an entire magazine. A lot of my work is for digital media – emails, video scripts, web content – but plenty for print too. I also advise my clients on what messages they should be sending and what their website is missing.

What you say is often more important than how you say it, but many organisations spend little time identifying their key messages. I can help you work out what should you be saying to your audience.  

Tone of voice

I can create and define a verbal identity to help you differentiate your organisation from your competitors. This can work hand in hand with the development of a new brand, or fit with your existing brand.

Editing and rewriting

I often take existing writing and polish and rework it, transforming its effectiveness in the process. I also edit, rewrite and improve editorial content, including corporate magazines.  

Training
